What’s on the menu?

As our new Brand & Content Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind how Orbisk shows up in the world — across campaigns, sales conversations, social channels, and customer touchpoints. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who loves turning ideas into high-quality content and thrives in a fast-moving, scale-up environment.

You’ll sit at the intersection of Brand, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales, acting as a creative partner across teams. From building paid campaign assets and sales decks to owning organic social and shaping thought leadership content, you’ll ensure our story is told clearly, consistently, and compellingly.

A typical week might include collaborating with Product Marketing on new positioning, creating campaign visuals for Demand Generation, refining sales enablement decks with our commercial teams, and planning or publishing organic social content that strengthens Orbisk’s brand presence. You’ll own content end-to-end — from concept and creation through to iteration and delivery — with plenty of autonomy and room to make your mark.

Job requirements

The key ingredients for success:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in content marketing, brand, creative, or design-related roles within a B2B environment.

  • You bring proven experience creating B2B marketing and sales content that drives clarity and impact.

  • You combine strong visual and written communication skills, with a sharp eye for brand quality.

  • You’re an expert in Canva and/or other design platforms, and comfortable creating across formats.

  • You have experience creating content across decks, blogs, social posts, ads, and campaign assets.

  • You have experience working closely with cross-functional teams and turning ideas into tangible outputs.

  • €4,000 - €4,400 per month ex. holiday allowance (depending on knowledge and experience).

  • 32-40 hour work week in a hybrid office setting, lunch included.

  • To take a break to recharge, we encourage you to take 30 days of annual leave per year (based on full time).

  • To ensure you are taken care of later on, we have a pension contribution of 7%.

  • Everyone has different needs when it comes to benefits. That’s why we offer you a flexible spending budget of € 40 per month that you can use towards health and wellness. 

  • To support your learning and growth, we offer an annual personal education budget of €500. But we also organize additional team learning activities and if needed provide access to career coaches.

  • An annual home office budget of €250 is offered, so you can create a nice work from home space.
