What’s on the menu?
As our Enterprise Sales Lead (US), your mission is clear: grow Orbisk’s enterprise footprint and presence in the United States. In 2026, success means landing and expanding national hotel brands, cruise lines, and large hospitality groups that can scale with us long-term.
This is a highly hands-on, enterprise-focused hunting role. You’ll personally own complex, high-value sales cycles — from first contact through close and expansion. In addition, you will directly manage one Individual Contributor based in Miami, providing clear priorities, coaching, and support, while remaining primarily focused on closing enterprise deals yourself.
You’ll work closely with our Commercial Director, Head of Marketing and CEO to shape and execute our US go-to-market strategy. This includes localising Orbisk’s proven sales playbook for the US market, collaborating on enterprise-focused campaigns, and aligning with global teams on priorities and resources to fuel growth.
Job requirements
The key ingredients for success
You are a proven enterprise B2B SaaS hunter, with ~5+ years of experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end-to-end and closing multi-million-dollar deals.
You have experience commercially launching or scaling new markets, including shaping and executing the sales strategy to drive enterprise growth.
You’re confident owning KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline management, and using data to prioritise deals and resources effectively.
Prior people management experience is a plus, particularly in coaching or supporting a small, high-performing team — while remaining highly hands-on yourself.
Experience or an existing network within the hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
You thrive in an autonomous, high-ownership environment and enjoy building from the ground up.
