Our hardware and software has already kicked 430,000 kg of food waste to the curb, and trust us, we're just warming up.

As our new Recruitment Business Partner, you'll be part of the People & Culture Team, carrying a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Operational foundation & strategic impact: we already have a basis and an ATS, but it's time to build that foundation. As our Recruitment Business Partner, you'll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, shaping the HR function within our international, rapidly growing organization. Leveraging your in-house experience, you'll combine strategic planning with hands-on implementation, guiding managers based on your wealth of best practices in remote hiring and working with diverse nationalities.

  • Global growth: we are growing! More funding, more customers, more locations, more colleagues, more Orbi’s and more waste saving. You will help us hire the best talent and build strong teams. 

  • Hiring Expert & Cultural Matchmaker: with the expected growth, it's vital we maintain a strong culture and that we hire the right people for the job. Luckily we’ll soon have you to help us!

Job requirements

Your track record mentions

  • Proven solid experience in hiring teams remotely and working with individuals from diverse nationalities. Probably you've been in recruitment for 3+ years.

  • Strong understanding of best practices in remote recruitment and selection, with the ability to advise and influence hiring managers on effective hiring strategies across borders.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster cultural alignment and effective collaboration in a hybrid environment.

  • Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and development, with a willingness to seek out opportunities for growth and improvement.
