Our interview process includes 3-4 rounds. We'd love to know what makes you tick, both professionally and personally. Depending on the role, that generally boils down to:

Step 1: Application review We read every CV. If your background looks like a good fit, our People team will reach out to schedule a call. If not, we'll let you know quickly — no ghosting.

Step 2: Introductory call A 30-minute video call with our People team. We'll talk about your background, motivation, and what you're looking for. You ask us questions too — that's the point.

Step 3: Meet the team Two conversations: first, an in-depth interview with the hiring manager and a team member. Then a practical case round — a real challenge, not a trick question — usually on-site at our HQ.

Step 4: Offer Time If it's a match, we'll make you an offer. We'll walk you through compensation, benefits, and what your first days at Orbisk look like.
