We don’t just offer technology; we’re a trusted partner to our customers, working alongside them to create lasting change. Through innovation and listening closely to their needs, we’ve built a solution that drives both environmental and business success.
With our team growing rapidly, we’re looking for a Chief Financial & Operating Officer (CFO/ COO) to help us build the future—one that’s greener, smarter, and waste-free. Let’s create impact together! 🌱
What's on the menu?
As our new CFO/COO, you will join our executive team to shape and execute the financial and operational strategy that will guide Orbisk through our next phase of hyper-growth. You will be instrumental in translating our ambitious vision into scalable processes and tangible financial results.
Your responsibilities will span across several key areas:
Lead strategic finance & control, including forecasting, budgeting, cash runway, and financial modeling.
Lead our Fundraising to Series B efforts, from crafting the story to leading diligence and investor relations.
Drive operational excellence by translating strategy into scalable processes across Operations, Hardware, and Supply Chain.
Mature processes for multi-country scaling and manage financial and regulatory risks.
Co-create our pricing strategy and manage procurement to improve margin and reliability.
Hire, coach, and uplevel a lean Finance & Ops team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Champion a data-driven culture by instrumenting dashboards and automating reporting.
Act as the primary legal and compliance liaison with external counsel.

Why join Orbisk?
There are plenty of good reasons. Some are big—like making a real impact by reducing food waste and cutting CO2 and water footprints worldwide. Others are more personal—joining a fast-growing scale-up is exciting, full of opportunities, and yes, a great story to share. Plus, you’ll be part of a team that’s driven, innovative, and just a little adventurous. And of course, we’ve got some great perks to offer too:
32-40 hour work week in a hybrid office setting, lunch included.
To take a break to recharge, we encourage you to take 30 days of annual leave per year (based on full time).
To ensure you are taken care of later on, we have a pension contribution of 7%.
Everyone has different needs when it comes to benefits. That’s why we provide a monthly flexible spending budget that you can use toward health and wellness
An annual home office budget of €250 is offered, so you can create a nice work from home space, as well as a travel allowance for when you work from home.
We make sure we regularly organize company activities to connect and have fun with your colleagues.
