What's on the menu?

As our first Chief of Staff, you’ll be the CEO’s strategic partner and “chief integrator”—turning vision into execution and ensuring the company scales with focus and precision.

You’ll sit on the leadership team and act as the connective tissue across departments, driving clarity, alignment, and operational excellence. Your week will be dynamic—facilitating leadership meetings, aligning on company OKRs, preparing board updates, and guiding strategic projects that shape the company’s trajectory.

You’ll play a pivotal role in:

  • Driving execution on Orbisk’s growth goals (including doubling ARR and ensuring cash flow).

  • Managing company operating rhythms—OKRs, leadership meetings, and cross-functional accountability.

  • Leading and supporting strategic initiatives such as Customer Success optimization, AI automation, and potential business integrations.

  • Translating complex ideas into clear plans and recommendations for executive decision-making.

  • Representing the CEO in select meetings, projects, and leadership forums.

Job requirements

The key ingredients for success:

  • ±5 years in management consulting (or equivalent strategy/operations role) and ±2 years in a scale-up environment.

  • Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience.

  • A structured, analytical thinker with excellent communication and business judgment.

  • Comfortable shifting between strategic planning and hands-on execution.

  • Data-driven mindset, comfortable with dashboards, KPIs, and light financial modeling.

  • Passionate about sustainability, operational excellence, and building a mission-driven company.

  • 40 hour work week in a hybrid office setting, lunch included.

  • To take a break to recharge, we encourage you to take 30 days of annual leave per year (based on full time).

  • An annual home office budget of €250 is offered, so you can create a nice work from home space, as well as a travel allowance for when you work from home.
