What's on the menu?

On paper you'll carry the job title of Customer Success Manager. However, in the real world you get to carry the noble name of Food Waste Coach as well. Why? Because you get to lead our clients towards victory in their efforts to become champions in food waste reduction. How? By engaging with individual locations in our French markets (hotels, restaurants etc.) as a trusted consultant on food waste reduction. Your goal is to help our clients identify where they can improve and implement these changes. They need you to analyze patterns in their food waste, so they can achieve their set goals. Translation: You are the food waste expert that no Head Chef, F&B Manager, or GM can do without. As icing on the cake, you will have the opportunity to engage in discussions within Orbisk on how we can further optimize and continuously enhance our product.


Job requirements

The key ingredients for success

  • You have prior experience in a B2B client-facing role (approx. 2+ years of relevant experience).

  • Fluency in French and English required - Grande bonus if you speak any other languages(!).

  • Experience in the hospitality, sustainability or food sector is an added plus.

  • €3300 - €3900 per month ex. holiday allowance (depending on knowledge and experience).

  • 32-40 hour work week in a hybrid office setting, lunch included.
