What's on the menu?

As our Demand Generation Specialist , you'll be driving our top-of-funnel strategy, sparking interest and driving growth for Orbisk. You’re not just running campaigns, you're building the foundation for our future customer relationships. You’ll be the master of multi-channel engagement, creating impactful campaigns that resonate with our ideal customers in the B2B SaaS space.

You'll be the driving force behind our demand generation efforts, developing and executing campaigns that blend organic and paid channels, content marketing, and events. You'll collaborate closely with our Commercial teams, ensuring our brand stands out as a leader in the industry. Think of yourself as the engine powering our growth, targeting major hotel chains across key European markets.

But it’s not just about launching campaigns. You’ll be deeply involved in analyzing performance, optimizing strategies, and managing budgets to ensure a strong ROI. You'll be the subject matter expert on campaigns and partnerships, driving continuous improvement and empowering our Commercial teams with the tools they need to succeed.

Job requirements

The key ingredients for success: 

  • Experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing. You probably have approx. 3+ years of experience in demand generation marketing, and approx. 5+ years overall in the marketing field.

  • Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing (paid media, SEO, email, ABM, events, social media).

  • Prior experience with lead generation funnels, marketing automation, and sales enablement.

  • You are fluent in English (German or Spanish fluency is an added plus!)

  • €4000 - €4700 per month ex. holiday allowance (depending on knowledge and experience).

  • 32-40 hour work week in a hybrid office setting, lunch included.
