What's on the menu?

As our new Head of Sales in Europe, you'll be a driving force in Orbisk's growth, leading and scaling our European sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals. You'll be responsible for both strategic direction and day-to-day management, working closely with our CCO, and the Head of Marketing to define and execute our go-to-market strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building, leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, including both location and enterprise sales specialists. We want to grow our team from 4 FTEs to 8-10 FTEs this year.

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the European market.

  • As a senior leader, you play a key role in high-stakes enterprise deals, engaging with top-level decision-makers. You influence outcomes and guide the team to success.

  • Managing the sales budget and allocating resources effectively.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing activities.

The key ingredients for success: 

  • Prior experience in managing teams, ideally in a start-up/ scale-up environment. You probably have been in management for approx. 4+ years.

  • You have extensive experience in enterprise B2B sales in the SaaS industry.

  • You have experience commercially launching in new markets, and building the strategy around it.

  • You have prior experience in building the strategy in regards to KPIs, budgeting & resource allocation.

  • It is an added plus if you have experience or network in the hospitality industry.

  • €6000 - €7000 per month ex. holiday allowance (depending on knowledge and experience)*

  • 32-40 hour work week in a hybrid office setting, lunch included.

  • To take a break to recharge, we encourage you to take 30 days of annual leave per year (based on full time).

  • To ensure you are taken care of later on, we have a pension contribution of 7%.

  • To support your learning and growth, we offer an annual personal education budget of €500. But we also organize additional team learning activities and if needed provide access to career coaches.

  • An annual home office budget of €250 is offered, so you can create a nice work from home space, as well as a travel allowance for when you work from home.

  • We make sure we regularly organize company activities to connect and have fun with your colleagues.

*We currently have no bonus structure in our sales team. We are a hypergrowth scale-up, and in this phase, everyone plays an equally important role in Orbisk’s success. That’s why we don’t believe in bonuses for specific departments. Your salary reflects your hard work, and just like all team members, your performance will be tracked and reviewed.
