As a certified B-Corp, we're leading the charge in sustainability. Our goal? To shake up the world by using our solution (got to love our Orbi) to tackle food waste head-on. With about 50 colleagues at the moment, we're already making an impact internationally, and it's a wild ride full of opportunities and challenges!

Orbisk isn't just about technology; we are a driver for sustainable change, contributing to a positive transformation around the globe. Our hardware already helped eliminate over 735,000 kg of food waste, and we’re just getting started!

About the Role
As our first Head of Marketing, you'll be part of the Commercial team, reporting to the CCO. You love to get your hands dirty and work closely with your team members. Your role is quite critical to us; you will help us to enhance Orbisk's positive impact on both people and our planet, wearing different hats, such as:

  • Operational Foundation & Strategic Impact: Shape and execute global marketing plans, including KPIs, goals, and budgets. Lead a team that currently includes a Growth Marketer and a Creative, with plans to expand by three more FTEs within the next year.

  • Global Growth: We are growing! More funding, more customers, more locations, more Orbis, and more waste saving. You will help steer this growth with a solid marketing strategy, including the right tools, processes, and hiring plans.

  • Innovation: Leverage your expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEA, social media (particularly LinkedIn), content marketing, account-based marketing, marketing automation, and demand generation to generate leads (MQLs and SQLs).

  • Creative Leadership: Use your creativity to help Orbisk stand out in the traditional foodservice market. Attend trade fairs and maximize PR opportunities.

  • Cultural Leadership: Thrive and drive our values, ensuring they are at the forefront of everything we do. Inspire and motivate your team to embody our values, making an impact on our culture and beyond.

Job requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record in setting KPIs, year planning, and new market penetration.

  • SaaS experience is a must.

  • Strong background in digital marketing and international scaling, especially in the US and Europe.

  • Hands-on leader who actively contributes to operations.

  • Probably around 8 years of experience in B2B Marketing.

  • You have built up a team and know how to manage different people.

  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and growth hacking.

  • Ability to bring structure to chaos, making clear and strategic choices.

  • Collaborative team player who seeks and fosters partnerships.
