What's on the menu?
As our Product Marketer, you'll be the storyteller bringing Orbisk's innovation to life for our customers. You're not just launching campaigns, you're building a community where customers feel seen, heard, and excited about what we're doing. Think of yourself as the bridge between our product roadmap and our customer base. You will be on top of crafting impactful campaigns and optimizing digital channels for maximum engagement.
However, your role extends beyond campaign launches. You'll be deeply involved in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, collaborating with our Customer Success and Account Management teams to drive continuous improvement. You'll be the customer's advocate, ensuring their insights shape our product development and strategic direction. You'll be responsible for maintaining strong customer engagement and achieving our growth objectives.
Job requirements
The key ingredients for success:
Experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, focusing on retention and expansion. You probably have approx. 3+ years of experience in product marketing, and approx. 5+ years in general in the marketing field.
Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and experience in reducing churn through digital engagement is a must-have for this role.
Prior experience in community building, customer advocacy, and engagement strategies.
You are fluent in English (German, French or Spanish fluency is an added plus!).

€4300 - €5000 per month ex. holiday allowance (depending on knowledge and experience).
32-40 hour work week in a hybrid office setting, lunch included.
