What's on the menu?

As our new Recruiter, you’ll join the People & Culture team, reporting directly to our Head of People & Culture. This is more than a recruitment role—it’s an opportunity to shape and build the foundation of how we attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent in a rapidly growing, international environment.

You’ll spend most of your time balancing between hiring exceptional talent and working closely with our managers—whom we call our "Chefs"—to build strong, cohesive teams. You’ll become their trusted advisor, sharing your wealth of knowledge in international hiring best practices to help them navigate the recruitment journey. At the same time, you’ll play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring our hiring processes align with our growth ambitions.

When you’re not immersed in recruitment, you’ll be focusing on refining and streamlining our internal processes and practices. Together with our other Recruiter and People Ops Specialist, you’ll team up to shape the People & Culture team into a cornerstone of our organization’s success.

We also want you to embrace a role as a cultural ambassador for Orbisk. This means you’ll be brainstorming alongside your colleagues, contributing ideas to bring our vibrant culture to life. We love fresh perspectives and creative input, so your voice will be key in fostering an environment where our team can thrive.

Job requirements

 The key ingredients for success: 


  • You bring experience in hiring teams on an international scale, ideally within a start-up or scale-up environment. You've probably been in recruitment for 3+ years.

  • Experience with end-to-end hiring (360°) in the US market is a must.  You understand the nuances of this market and have a proven track record of navigating it successfully.

  • You have a strong grasp of best practices in remote recruitment and selection. From sourcing to final offers, you know how to guide international hiring processes and bring in top talent.

  • Strategic stakeholder management is one of your core strengths. You’re skilled at advising and influencing hiring managers, ensuring they’re equipped with effective hiring strategies that align with business goals.
