What's on the menu?
As our new Revenue Operations Specialist, own the systems, data, and processes that power our commercial engine—from first touch to expansion. You’ll work across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to build a clear, standardized revenue funnel and ensure every stage is measurable, optimized, and aligned.
You'll be the owner of our HubSpot setup, responsible for lifecycle stage design, process automation, attribution tracking, lead scoring, and routing—ensuring scalable operations and cross-functional alignment. Imagine a typical week where you're identifying drop-off points in the funnel, testing lead scoring models, refining attribution logic, or building out automated workflows that streamline movement from MQL → SQL → Deal → Expansion.
Your role will focus on turning data into insight—owning lifecycle reporting, maintaining data quality, and enabling the GTM team with the tools and SOPs needed to improve conversion, velocity, and customer experience.
This role is about proactive problem-solving, strategic planning, and is ideal for someone who thrives in solving complex operational challenges, proactively builds systems to support scale, and champions alignment across teams to drive commercial success in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Job requirements
The key ingredients for success:
You bring extensive experience in a B2B SaaS environment. You have probably been focusing on revenue operations for 5+ years now.
Deep expertise in HubSpot, including lifecycle stage setup, lead scoring, automation, segmentation, and reporting across Marketing, Sales, and CS hubs.
Proven ability to define and manage the full revenue funnel—from Lead to Expansion—including clear entry/exit criteria, handover points, and process documentation.
Experience building and maintaining full-funnel reporting and dashboards (e.g., conversion, velocity, and stage volume).
Strong understanding of attribution models (first-touch, multi-touch), UTM tracking, and data integrity across the GTM funnel.
Hands-on experience managing RevOps systems and tools (e.g. Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper), with a focus on CRM health, deduplication, and enrichment.
Ability to design, test, and optimize lead scoring and routing logic based on ICP, intent signals, and deal characteristics.
Skilled in identifying and addressing funnel friction—using data to drive improvements in conversion and customer progression.
Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives, maintaining SOPs, and training commercial teams on operational processes and tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, strategic recommendations for go-to-market leadership.

€4.500 - €5.200 per month ex. holiday allowance (depending on knowledge and experience).
32-40 hour work week in a hybrid office setting, lunch included.
