What's on the menu?
As our new Revenue Operations Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our commercial engine, working closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure our revenue operations run smoothly and efficiently. A typical week will see you diving into our CRM to optimize workflows and automation, building and refining dashboards that provide a clear view of our performance, and getting hands-on with data from our various tools.
You'll also play a big part in strategic projects, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that drive our teams forward. Whether it's optimizing our lead-scoring model or improving our reporting, your work will directly impact our ability to scale and grow. And because we're all about collaboration, you’ll be the bridge between our commercial teams, making sure our processes and systems are aligned and helping us work together as one team.
Job requirements
The key ingredients for success:
You have 2+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations role and approximately 5+ years in a B2B SaaS environment.
You have expert-level proficiency with a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), a strong understanding of CRM best practices (a hands-on experience with tools like Supermetrics, Google Sheets, and BI dashboards is an added plus!)
You have a proven ability to build and optimize full-funnel reporting.
You have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations, with experience collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

€4.200 - €4.600 per month ex. holiday allowance (depending on knowledge and experience).
32-40 hour work week in a hybrid office setting, lunch included.
